Brian Parks

Brian Parks is an experienced Integration Developer currently working at Road Scholar since March 2019. Prior to this role, Brian was a Lead Software Developer at Concentrix for a brief period and held the same title at Convergys from March 2014 to October 2018, where involvement in an EU GDPR compliance project took place. Brian's extensive career began at Stream Global Services, where multiple roles were held, culminating in the Lead Software Developer position, focusing on the implementation and customization of contact management systems for call center agents. Earlier experience includes roles as a Software Developer, Programmer, and Professional Service Representative, along with foundational technical support roles at Corporate Software. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from Bryant University and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from the Community College of Rhode Island.
