Carolina Carr

Carolina Carr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management, program coordination, and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Data and Operations Associate at Road to Hire since April 2019, Carolina has spearheaded initiatives that enhance college and career readiness for high school students and fostered partnerships with multiple high schools to benefit over 300 students. Carolina's previous roles include a Sales Professional II at Red Ventures and an Operations Intern at FASHION & COMPASSION, where inventory management and e-commerce were key responsibilities. Additional experiences include program quality improvement at Food for the Hungry, tutoring in Spanish and ESL, as well as participation in a postgraduate leadership program with The Fellows Initiative. Carolina holds a degree in Political Science and International Studies from Taylor University and is further pursuing Global Development Enterprise through the American Studies Program.
