Caroline Davis

Caroline Davis, M.Ed, currently serves as a Data and Operations Associate at Road to Hire since October 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Project Manager for Student Success at Credo - Higher Education Consulting from August 2022 to September 2024, and as a Student Engagement Coordinator at Central Piedmont Community College from June 2021 to August 2022. Caroline gained valuable experience as a Graduate Assistant and Graduate Intern at the University of North Carolina Wilmington from August 2019 to May 2021, where responsibilities included supervising students in judicial roles within the Greek Council. Earlier, Caroline was a Team Member at Sunflour Baking Company from May 2017 to July 2019 and held the position of Executive Vice President of Judicial at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from December 2017 to December 2018, playing a key role in governance and recruitment for the Panhellenic Association. Caroline earned a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2021 and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2019.
