Andrew Howard CISSP has a diverse range of work experience spanning over multiple industries. Andrew started their career in 1996 as a Data Entry Officer at the NHS and worked there until 2009. Following that, they worked as an ICT/Field Technician at TECC for a year, where they gained experience in laptop hardware repairs, virus removal, and computer reimaging. In 2010, Andrew joined Staffordshire County Council as an ICT Support Officer, providing first-line support on a busy Service Desk and also working on large-scale desktop refresh projects. In 2013, they moved to RoadChef Motorway Ltd and took the role of an IT Technical Support Analyst, responsible for providing second and third-line infrastructure and desktop support. Andrew also designed and managed an Active Directory environment for the new RoadChef domain. In 2015, Andrew joined Drayton Manor Park Limited as a Senior IT Support Engineer, where they provided third-line infrastructure and desktop support, including server management and maintenance, Active Directory management, and Group Policy implementation. Most recently, they have been working at Roadchef as the Head of IT Infrastructure & Security since April 2022, leading the IT infrastructure and security initiatives for the company. Overall, Andrew Howard CISSP has accumulated a broad range of technical experience, ranging from data entry and support roles to infrastructure and security management positions.

Andrew Howard attended Churchfields High School from 1988 to 1995. In 2007 to 2009, they studied at City of Wolverhampton College, where they obtained a CCNA degree. Andrew also holds certifications from various institutions, including Cisco, (ISC)^2, VMware, Google, and Microsoft.
