Gabriela Amarchand has held a variety of roles since 2010. Gabriela began their career as a Receptionist at Hernando Family Practice in 2010. In 2013, they held two Sales Specialist roles at SMCP (Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot) and AllSaints. Gabriela then worked as a Cocktail Waitress at Finnhenry's Public House in 2014. In 2015, they worked as an Account Executive at Copytronics Information Systems - A Konica Minolta Company. Since 2017, they have been working at Roadie, where they have held the roles of QA Analyst, QA Manual Tester, and Customer Support Lead. As a QA Manual Tester, their responsibilities included manual testing, developing and maintaining test scenarios and creating test cases to be automated, and performing regression and prod cert on a rolling basis. As a Customer Support Lead, they were the primary point of contact for users on the platform, troubleshooting technical issues in real-time to ensure completion of deliveries, and helping to collect key data points on product performance, reliability, and intuitiveness.
Gabriela Amarchand holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida, which they obtained in 2015. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Health Science from Valencia College in 2012. Additionally, they are HIPAA Certified.
