Product Lead at Roadie

John Bordoni has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry. From 2012 to 2015, they were a student athlete at Stanford University and a cross country coach at Castilleja School. In 2015, they were a Maker in Residence Intern at Kinoma, where they used Kinoma's prototyping tool to create projects. In 2016, they were a Product Manager Intern for Next Generation Operating Systems and Yahoo Mail at Yahoo, where they researched new capabilities available to developers in iOS 10 and designed and tested prototypes for the upcoming release of Yahoo Mail for iOS 10. From 2017 to present, they have been a Product Owner and UX Designer at Roadie, where they are responsible for researching, defining, designing, documenting, prioritizing, and planning feature releases. John has also actively coordinated with multiple stakeholders and teams for these feature releases, including with Marketing for an in-app Promotions feature, with Accounts for an enhanced item verification process, with Support for features related to fraud prevention, and with Drivers for a new Instant Pay feature. John also led the design of a new, Driver-only mobile app to help Drivers more efficiently complete routes and allow for better performance in areas of poor cell signal.

John Bordoni received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Product Design from Stanford University in 2016, after attending from 2012 to 2016. John then went on to receive a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 2016 and 2018. Prior to this, John attended Bellarmine College Preparatory from 2008 to 2012.
