Navia Boxton began their career in 2015 as an Inventory Control Specialist at Arcadia Group Ltd. In 2016, they became an After School Teacher at The Mainstreet Academy, where they met with students and parents to discuss education-related issues and attended staff meetings. In 2017, they moved on to Ross, where they worked as an Inside Sales Specialist, taking care of client feedback, queries, and issues. In 2019, they became a Flight Attendant at PSA Airlines, Inc., assisting guests with their safety and comfort while offering outstanding customer service. In 2020, they worked as a Retention Specialist at State Farm ™. In 2021, they became a Flight Attendant at Frontier Airlines. Currently, they are a Customer Support Specialist at Roadie, handling complex issues for Roadie Drivers and Clients via phone, email, and chat, increasing retention rate. Navia performs extensive investigations into issues, and logs cases with accurate information to provide a full record of each issue and its resolution. Navia also organizes requests and serves as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, and communicates daily with the Support team and leadership to report support issues, bugs, and important user concerns.

Navia Boxton is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at Post University, beginning in 2019 and expected to finish in 2022.
