Zach Powell has a diverse work experience that spans from 2009 to the present. Zach began their career in 2009 as an Administrative Technician at the Cobb County Sheriff's Office. In 2012, they joined Apple as a Creative, Family Room Specialist, and Specialist. In 2016, they became the Customer Support Manager at Roadie Inc, where they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Customer Support team. In 2022, they moved to Roadie as a Workforce Manager.

Zach Powell obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Kennesaw State University in 2011, after graduating from Paulding County High School in 2009.
