Terra Joy

Terra Joy started their work experience as a Chief Financial Officer at Kappa Alpha Theta in 2012 while they were still a student at Dickinson College. After graduating, they worked as a Communications Intern at the National Partnership for Women & Families in 2013, followed by a role as a Klagsburn Fellow at Alliance for Justice. In 2015, Terra became a Program Coordinator at the American University Washington College of Law and later a Communications Specialist at the Federal Aviation Administration. In 2016, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at OTJ Architects before starting their own company, Terra Joy Communications LLC, where they served as Chief Marketing Consultant until 2019. In the same year, they became a Script Reader for Slamdance and later joined Roadmap Writers as a Coordinator. Currently, they are working as the Director of Consultations & Script Services at Roadmap Writers.

Terra Joy attended Dickinson College from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. In 2011, they also participated in a Summer Curriculum program at Georgetown University, focusing on Political Journalism.
