Janet Cauley

Janet Cauley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, project coordination, and equestrian instruction. Currently serving as the Inside Sales Trainer and previously as a Business Development Representative at RoadRunner Recycling, Janet has honed skills in sales training and customer engagement. Prior roles include Project Sales Coordinator at Forms+Surfaces, where project coordination and customer service were key responsibilities. Janet also has extensive experience in the equestrian field, having operated Janet Cauley Equestrian from February 2013 to December 2022, providing riding instruction and various horse care services. Additional experience includes managerial and operational roles at Crate and Barrel and Absolution, with early internships at The Rymer Gallery and the Kennedy Museum of Art. Janet holds a BA in Art History from Ohio University, completed in 2011.
