Kendra Patton-Richard

Kendra Patton-Richard has extensive experience in recruiting and leadership within the transportation industry, serving in several key roles including Vice President of Recruiting and Director of Recruiting at Roadrunner from July 2022 to March 2024. Prior to this, Kendra held the position of Director at CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. from February 2021 to July 2022, and spent nearly a decade at US Xpress Enterprises Inc. in various capacities including Director, Regional Recruiting Manager, and Accountant. Kendra holds a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising, Apparel, and Textiles/Business from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
