Adam Hammer has an extensive work experience, starting in 2013 as a Fellow at the World Bank & IMF. Adam then joined Goldman Sachs in 2015, working in Structured Finance until 2018. Following that, they worked at Power Poll in a Strategy role for a year. In 2019, they joined Schmidt Futures and held two positions: Executive Counselor from 2019 to 2022, and Managing Director & Head of Strategy from 2019 to 2022. In 2022, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Qrypt, a company focused on protecting data from quantum computer threats. In 2023, they co-founded Roadrunner Venture Studios, where they currently serve as the Co-Founder and CEO. Additionally, they are also a Senior Advisor at America's Frontier Fund starting in 2023.
Adam Hammer holds a Master's degree from Yale University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University.
