Sheila Duke

Sheila Duke's work experience begins in 2008 when they worked as a Family & Community Partnership Coordinator at E.O.C of Naasau County Head Start. In 2010, they became a PYA Case Planner at Edwin Gould Services for Children & Families, where they provided daily case management to adolescents, Birth Parents, and Foster Parents. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Youth Program Director at MercyFirst, where they oversaw federal contractual compliance and managed program deliverables. Sheila then transitioned to the Sports and Arts in Schools Foundation, where they held various roles including Program Manager, Associate Deputy Director of Elementary Schools, and Deputy Director. In 2018, Sheila joined New York Edge as the Director of Elementary & Special Initiatives. Sheila later became the Associate Executive Director of Early Childhood & Youth Services at Union Settlement in 2019, before becoming the Chief Program Officer at The Fresh Air Fund in 2021. Currently, Sheila is the Chief Executive Officer at Roads to Success, starting in 2023.
