Bridget Cseko, BBA, has over 19 years of work experience. Bridget began their career in 2003 as Accounts/Office Manager at Richard Cottrell, DDS, PC and Associates. In 2012, they became Office Manager at Dr. Sonu Kakar and Office Manager at Richard Byrd, D.D.S., PC & Associates, where they managed daily staff and doctor schedules for two office locations, monitored employee performance, and conducted daily morning meetings. In 2013, they worked as Social Media at OneMind Health and Office Manager at Battlefield Dental Of Fredericksburg. Bridget then became Senior Consultant at Odyssey Management, Inc. in 2014, and Independent Contractor at Dental Business in 2015. In 2017, they were Startup Practice Advisor at Ideal Practices, and in 2018, they became Marketing Account Manager at Roadside Dental Marketing. Most recently, in 2022, they became Head of People Operations at The Cseko House.

Bridget Cseko has completed courses from the American Association of Dental Office Managers, Beyond the Operatory, and Strayer University-Maryland. At Beyond the Operatory, they studied Dental Careers & Opportunities Outside of Clinical Practice. At Strayer University-Maryland, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management.
