Meet Claims Assessor – a hardworking and enterprising young professional who has already made a mark for himself in a short span of time. After completing their graduation in Electrical Engineering from XYZ University in 2017, they started their career with UP Power Corporation Limited as Mission Associate – Electrification, where they worked on the Prime Minister’s dream project – SAUBHAGYA MISSION (Sahaj Bijli Har Ghar Yojna). Here, they were responsible for Supervision and Monitoring of electrification work of villages being carried out by Contractors. Claims was also responsible for generation of daily progress reports and ensuring availability of Raw materials and Manpower at various sites. In a short span of time, they were successful in regularising electricity connections provided in the villages with the corporation.
In March 2019, they started a new business venture – a multibrand automobile workshop in partnership with a friend. The venture ran successfully with an efficient team of technicians and workers. Claims also started cashless tie-ups with Insurance companies. Under their able leadership, the workshop had hundreds of satisfied customers. Claims was responsible for managing all workshop needs and documentation work wherever needed. Claims also supervised and monitored all workshop operations and work, generation of profits, salary management, parts management, etc.
Currently, they are working as Claims Assessor at Roadzen. In this role, they are responsible for assessing insurance claims for road accident victims. Claims is known for their dedication and commitment to work, and has helped many people in getting their rightful claims from the insurance companies.

The educational career for a Claims Assessor would typically involve obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in marketing and human resources from an accredited university. In addition, many claims assessors also obtain a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university. In order to become licensed as a surveyor in the insurance industry, one must complete the requirements set forth by the Insurance Institute of India.
