Zoe Ashcroft

Zoe Ashcroft is a seasoned legal and business professional with over 30 years of experience in complex cross-border transactions across various sectors, including energy, insurance, and financial services. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Roadzen since September 2023, Zoe also holds the position of Director and Chair at Carbon Pesa Limited, focusing on climate fintech initiatives. As a Board Trustee at the British American Drama Academy, Zoe contributes to actor training and development. Additionally, Zoe serves as Trustee/Director and Deputy Chair for The Climate Group and as a Trustee/Director with Sponsors for Educational Opportunity, promoting educational accessibility. Previously, Zoe held leadership roles as a founding partner at Winston & Strawn LLP and as a partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. Zoe earned an LLB in Law from the University of Bristol.
