Melissa Jones is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coordination, retail management, and customer service. Currently serving as a Meeting Coordinator at Roam since July 2022, Melissa has previously held roles such as Direct Ministry at Young Life and Fashion Stylist at Stitch Fix. Prior to these positions, Melissa demonstrated strong leadership as a NAW Shop Manager at Coach and as a Manager at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP, where responsibilities included driving sales, managing team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Early career experiences included roles in education as an After School Care Teacher and various positions in retail and customer service. Melissa pursued education at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from 2009 to 2011.
