Duncan Miller

Duncan Miller has an extensive work history in the field of data and insights. Duncan currently serves as the VP of BI and Head of Data for PO Retail Roamler International since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Business Insights Director at REL Field Marketing from 2018 to 2021. From 2009 to 2018, they were the IT Director/Data Insights Director at Smollan UK, where they were responsible for technology, data, and insight. Duncan also led the Unilever Perfect Store Measurement activity for Smollan across 16 countries in Western Europe and 4 further countries in CEE for 5 years. Prior to this, they were the IT Director at Headcount Worldwide Field Marketing from 2000 to 2009, where they were responsible for the IT strategy and budget. From 1996 to 2000, they were the Account Director IT at Headcount/ESP, where they were responsible for the security of data from the Door to Door sales division.

Duncan Miller obtained a Master's Degree in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford between 1988 and 1992.
