International Customer Success Manager - SaaS at Roamler

Joe Clark began their career in 2014 as a Home Shopping Service Crew at Asda. Joe then moved up to Home Shopping Section Leader and Home Shop - Personal Shopper (Picker). In 2015, they completed a 100 hour work placement as a Journalist at the Black Country Bugle. In 2019, they joined Roamler UK as a Customer Success Executive, and then moved up to Junior Customer Success Manager and finally to Customer Success Manager. In their current role, they build and maintains relationships with key clients, works with them to understand their needs, and uses Roamler's flexible resources as a solution. Joe is also involved with training new members of their team and has become more involved with commercial conversations with clients.

Joe Clark's education history includes a MRes Humanities from Newman University Birmingham from 2017 to 2018, a Single Honours Theirtory from Newman University Birmingham from 2014 to 2017, A Level from Stourbridge College from 2012 to 2014, and GCSE from St Michael's C.of.E High School from 2007 to 2012.
