Dorottya Ágoston

Dorottya Ágoston is a seasoned professional in talent management and people operations, currently serving as a Talent & People Partner at Roamless since November 2025. Previously, Dorottya held the role of People Partner Specialist at Preply for a brief period in late 2025 and worked at HappyScribe from January 2023 to July 2025, where responsibilities included crafting employee-focused processes and full-cycle recruitment to expand team size significantly. Dorottya co-founded and served as Editor-in-Chief of Journal D'Ambroisie from September 2021 to November 2024, where efforts focused on community-building and curating impactful narratives in the realms of art, culture, and philosophy. Dorottya holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from UCL and a Master of Arts in International Studies on Media, Power, and Difference from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
