Jessica Brinkley has extensive experience in health service administration, currently serving as the Lead Coordinator for the ECU Rural Family Medicine Residency Program at Roanoke Chowan Community Health Center since December 2020. In addition, Jessica has held the position of Plant Operations Secretary at Vidant Health since March 2018, and has held multiple roles at Genesis Rehab Services from August 2011 to February 2017, including Credentialing Assistant and Rehab Department Manager. Prior experience includes serving as an Administrative Support Specialist at East Carolina University from March 2009 to August 2011 and working in Medical Records/TeleHealth at Roanoke Chowan Community Health Center from 2007 to 2009. Educationally, Jessica is pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from East Carolina University.

As a community health center, we make health care affordable and accessible for the residents of Hertford, Bertie, Gates, Northampton and Washington counties. With five primary care locations–including pediatric, and two in-house pharmacy locations -we are committed to providing the best health care in the region. At RCCHC, we believe all people should have ready access to the full range of quality primary, preventive, enabling and supplemental medical health care services, including pediatrics, dental care, mental health care and substance abuse services, either directly on-site or through established arrangements, regardless of ability to pay. Care is provided in a medical home setting. Roanoke Chowan Community Health Center is one of many Federally Qualified Health Centers across the country. That means we offer comprehensive primary care services to all persons, regardless of the person’s ability to pay. Additionally we offer a sliding fee discount program for those who do not have health insurance.
