Drew Lakatos

Drew Lakatos currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at ROAR since July 2025 and is a member of the Advisory Board at UC Santa Barbara. Prior roles include Chief Strategy Officer at FLX Solutions, Inc., where innovative robotic technology was developed, and Chief Strategy Officer at Speechpad, focusing on growth strategies for a crowdsourcing platform. As Chief Growth Officer at LifeAire Systems, Drew contributed to revolutionary air filtration technology aimed at eliminating biological threats. Drew's leadership experience also includes serving as CEO and Founder of ActiveProtective, which developed advanced medical devices to prevent hip fractures in older adults. With a strong background in business development at SkillSoft and CareerBuilder, Drew has consistently achieved top performance and fostered client partnerships. Drew holds a BSEE degree in Semiconductor Engineering from Villanova University and is currently pursuing an MBA at DeSales University.
