Begonia Platt

Begonia Platt, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience history. Begonia is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Roaring Fork School District since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at the same company starting from March 2021.

Before joining Roaring Fork School District, Begonia worked at The Hotel Jerome where they held multiple roles. In these roles, they coordinated with the kitchen and assigned responsibilities for event set-up and provided supervision to the staff to ensure professionalism.

Prior to that, Begonia worked at Walt Disney as a Cultural Representative from 2007 to 2008, and at Holiday Inn Puebla as a Front Desk and Reservations Manager from October 2003 to May 2005. During their time at Holiday Inn Puebla, they oversaw rooms division staff, significantly increased the "PRIORITY CLUB REWARDS" program memberships, and created a quick reference employee guide for the Front Desk.
