Erica Franks

Erica Franks is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in human resources and healthcare. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Roaring Fork School District since August 2023, Erica previously operated White River Boutique from May 2022 to August 2023. Prior roles include Office Administrator at THE ROMERO GROUP, LLC DBA BEACH RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, Pediatric Dental Assistant at both All Kids Dental Pediatrics and Orthodontics, and Children’s Center For Dentistry, as well as Dental Assistant at Heartland Dental. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing Management from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution. Additionally, training as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) adds to Erica's diverse skill set.
