Heidi Bailey

Heidi Bailey is an experienced educator and entrepreneur with a diverse professional background. Currently serving as an Elementary School Teacher at Roaring Fork School District (RE-1) since August 2020, Heidi previously co-founded and led Wander Outdoor LLC as CEO from April 2016 to August 2020. Additional experience includes working as a Ski Instructor at Vail Resorts, where responsibilities involved teaching young children skiing fundamentals, and a Digital Marketing Intern at Boulder Brands, focusing on strategizing digital campaigns for Udi’s Gluten Free. Heidi began a career in nutrition as a Nutrition Assistant at Badger Alley Bistro, promoting healthy eating among athletes, and gained early experience as a Program Intern for the Troy Kid's Garden Summer Education Program, creating community wellness programs. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned in 2016.
