TJ Bottom has worked in a variety of roles across the action sports industry since 2008. TJ began their career as a Sales Representative for Volcom in 2008, and then worked as a Sales Representative for Burton Snowboards in 2009. In 2010, they became the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Listing Officer at Vitality Functional Fitness Programming, where they coached athletes in respect to their fitness performance goals. In 2011, TJ Bottom was appointed as the Director of Sales for North America at ZEAL Optics, where they were responsible for achieving all sales targets in the outdoor and optical channels. In 2015, they took on the role of Channel Director - Outdoor/Sport at Electric Visual Evolution, LLC, where they developed and executed Go-To-Market strategies for unique eyewear categories. In 2016, they became the Founder and Managing Director of Beehaus, LLC and also took on the role of VP Sales and Marketing at VSSL Gear. In 2020, they joined Roark as the Category Director & Maven - Run Amok, and in 2021, they became the Global Head of Product Marketing & GTM at 100%. TJ currently holds the role of Creative Copywriter at Cannondale.
TJ Bottom attended Utah State University, where they studied Environmental Engineering.
