Eric Ray

Eric Ray, ARM, currently serves as a Senior Client Services Manager at Gallagher Bassett, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Eric worked as the Director of Risk Management for the Washington Nationals from January 2023 to March 2024, and as a Risk Management Analyst at General Dynamics from January 2020 to January 2023. Additional experience includes serving as a Risk Management Analyst at Interstate Hotels & Resorts and a Claims Team Lead at BerkleyNet Underwriters from May 2014 to May 2019. Eric began a career in the industry as a College Program Intern at Walt Disney World Resort in 2013. Academically, Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Risk Management and Insurance and a minor in Supply Chain Management from Appalachian State University, graduated in 2014, along with an Associate of Arts degree from Gaston College earned in 2012.
