Alex Hayden

Alex Hayden currently serves as the Senior Vice President of R&D, Sustainability, and ESG at TC Transcontinental, where accountability for organic growth through innovation and sustainability leadership is a key focus. Prior to this role, Alex held various senior positions at Amcor Flexibles Europe, Middle East & Africa and Amcor Flexibles Americas, including Vice President of Research & Development and Product Commercialization, managing all aspects of new product development and achieving significant annual revenue impacts. Alex's earlier experience includes roles at Pechiney Plastic Packaging and a solid educational foundation in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
