Sharon Cartledge possesses extensive experience in supervisory and technical roles within the food production industry, having worked at TC Transcontinental as a Plate room/Cloor technician since March 2017. Prior to this, Sharon served as a Supervisor while seeking new opportunities since November 2016, focusing on training workers to enhance production efficiency and maintain attendance records. Previously, Sharon held a supervisory position at Spartan Foods of America from January 2009 to October 2016 and worked as a team leader and machine operator at Mrs. Smith Bakery from February 1990 to April 2008. Sharon holds a Bachelor's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Carolina School of Theology (2019-2020) and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Spartanburg Community College (2014-2016).
