Julia Jensen Smolka is a Partner at Robbins DiMonte, Ltd. with extensive experience in Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Litigation. Prior to their current role, Julia Jensen served as a Senior Attorney at DiMonte & Lizak, LLC, where Julia Jensen specialized in defending preference actions and advocating Creditors Rights in bankruptcies. Julia previously worked as a Law Clerk at the Cook County Public Defenders Office, utilizing their 7-11 license in DUI and license suspension cases. Julia Jensen holds a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, a BA in English and Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and graduated from Maine South High School.
