Arthur Shingler

Arthur Shingler is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and mediation. Currently serving as a Partner at Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP since February 2013, Arthur previously held roles as a Mediator and Exchange Trainer at the National Conflict Resolution Center from 2013 to October 2015, and as an Attorney and Mediator at Law & Mediation, P.C. from January 2011 to October 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as Litigation and Administrative Partner at Scott + Scott LLP from 2003 to 2011, Senior Litigation Associate at Spector, Roseman & Kodroff from 2000 to 2003, and Litigation Associate at Finkelstein & Krinsk from 1996 to 2000. Arthur earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in English Education from Point Loma Nazarene University, complemented by training from the American Arbitration Association University and the University of California San Diego's Rady School of Management/National Conflict Resolution Center.
