Ashley Kelly

Ashley M. Kelly, CPA, Esq. is a partner at Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP in the San Diego office, specializing in complex securities litigation since July 2017. Previously serving as Of Counsel and Litigation Associate at the same firm from September 2011 to June 2016, Kelly has also held the position of Senior Associate at Alloy Silverstein, where responsibilities included preparing tax returns and providing litigation support while pursuing a law degree. Prior to that, Kelly worked as a Senior Associate at KPMG US from August 2005 to May 2008, focusing on accounting and financial reporting in mergers and acquisitions, and leading audit teams. Ashley holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Rutgers School of Law - Camden and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from Penn State University.
