Chris H. Lyons

Chris H. Lyons is a Partner at Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP, where since February 2016, the focus has been on representing institutional and individual investors in merger-related class action litigation and complex securities litigation. Prior to this role, Chris served as an Associate at Richards, Layton & Finger, concentrating on corporate governance and fiduciary duties litigation. Experience includes a judicial clerkship at the Delaware Court of Chancery, and positions as a research assistant and student counsel in various legal contexts. Chris holds a JD with a Law & Business Certificate from Vanderbilt University Law School and a BA with Distinction in International Political Economy from Colorado College.
