Connie Davis

Connie Davis is an experienced professional in user experience and management, currently serving as the User Experience Team Lead at Robbins-Gioia, LLC since November 2022. Previously, Connie was a Retired Art of the Possible SME at Tinker from September 2019 to May 2022 and held the position of Director of the 565 Aircraft Maintenance Squadron at Tinker AFB from December 2016 to September 2019. With a substantial tenure at Tinker Air Force Base from June 1984 to September 2019, Connie served in multiple roles including Production Manager and Business Process Analyst. Early career experience includes working as a Tax Preparer at H&R Block from January 1997 to April 1998. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Aerospace and Defense from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2012, another MBA from the University of Phoenix (2006-2007), and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix (2002-2004).
