Andrés Sette Arruza

Andrés Sette Arruza has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrés is the Founder/CEO of Integrative Recruiting, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked for Robbins Research International as the Head of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition from 2016 onwards. In 2021, they held the same role at Mastermind.com and Inflection Brands. In 2012, they were the Owner/Director of ASA Creative Services. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Director of Sales & Partnerships, Co-Founder at Alias Pro Studio. Andrés began their career at BanyanLink, where they co-founded the company and served as the Co-Founder and Director of Recruitment & Partner Acquisition from 2006 to 2009. Andrés also has experience as an Intern at John Varvatos Enterprises and Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP in 2006 and 2004 respectively. Throughout their career, Andrés has acquired expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, creative services, and business development.

Andrés Sette Arruza earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, General from NYU Stern School of Business. Andrés attended the school from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Andrés has also obtained several certifications. In December 2021, they completed the "Tech Recruiting Foundations: 1 Introduction" and "Tech Recruiting Foundations: 2 Understanding Hardware and Operating Systems" courses offered by LinkedIn. Andrés also obtained the "Finance Essentials for Small Business" certification from LinkedIn in July 2021.
