Lola Bendana

Lola Bendana has extensive experience in the language services industry, currently serving as the Director and Business Consultant at Multi-Languages Corporation since October 1997, where the company achieved notable certifications in translation services. Lola holds significant leadership roles, including past President and current Chair of the Canadian Language Industry Association, contributing to the promotion and competitiveness of the Canadian translation industry. Additionally, Lola is a Board Member and past President of the Ontario Council on Community Interpreting and serves as an advisor for the Language Access Coalition of Canada. Lola has been an active member of various international standards organizations, including ISO and ASTM International, focusing on the development of standards for translation and interpreting services. Educational qualifications include a BA in International Relations and specialized training in translation and leadership development.
