Mario Giraldo

Mario Giraldo is a high-impact leadership expert, serving as a Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, as well as being the Founder of IMPACTACY Leadership Experts since May 2018. In this role, Mario assists organizations in regaining direction by clarifying vision, establishing high-performance habits, and forming effective teams. Additionally, Mario has been a Peak Performance Results Coach with Robbins Research International since January 2021, recognized as one of fewer than 150 coaches worldwide who meet Tony Robbins' high standards. Mario's previous experience includes roles as Key Account Manager and Project Manager for Berndorf Bäderbau International, Project Manager for Frener & Reifer GmbH, Project Manager and Senior Structural Engineer for Karner Consulting ZT-GmbH, and Design Manager at Waagner Biro Steel and Glass. Mario holds a Master of Engineering in Membrane Lightweight Structures and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Technische Universität Wien, along with a certification as a Chartered Engineer from the Austrian Chamber of Architects and Engineers.
