Coordinates, schedules and follows up on meetings for the principals that includes daily and annual calendars, emails and phone contacts; provides general reception including greeting visitors to the office or on the phone and helping or directing them to the proper location; manages student data files (hard copy and electronic) to keep them current regarding enrollment, transcripts, grades, demographic data, and class registration data; does all building bookkeeping including reporting, money deposits, check requests, donations, etc.; manage staff absences and coordination of substitutes and needed coverage
