Frank Groven has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Frank started their career at A&O Services in 2004 as an Assistant Portfolio Manager, where they assisted both fixed income and equity portfolio managers. Frank also managed the cash flows of several pension funds. In 2005, they became a Portfolio Manager for equities, overseeing a large cap equity portfolio and selecting external asset managers. In 2006, they transitioned to Portfolio Manager for fixed income, managing government bonds, investment grade credits, and a structured credit portfolio. Frank also handled interest rate swaps and swaptions for ALM purposes. In 2007, Frank joined Robeco as a Client Portfolio Manager for Fixed Income. Frank later became an Executive Director, responsible for business development in Belgium and Luxemburg. In 2020, they assumed the role of Executive Director, Head of Belgium and Luxemburg.
