Marion Sorman

Marion Sorman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of global mobility and HR operations. Marion began their career at Philips in 1994 as a Manager of Expat Transfer Services, where they worked for 14 years. Following their time at Philips, Marion joined Boxx Global Expat Solutions in 2008, where they held various roles including Director of External Relations and Business Development, Director of Care, and Senior Manager of Expat Care. During their time at Boxx, they were responsible for business development, vendor management, leading commercial and vendor teams, advising on global mobility and international HR, and leading various global mobility projects. Marion's most recent experience is with Robeco, where they have held multiple roles since 2017, including Global Mobility Lead, Compensation Benefits Specialist, Senior Manager of Global Mobility and International Payroll, and currently serves as the Head of HR Operations. Their expertise lies in global mobility strategy, policy development, process improvement, organizational changes, and business travel. Marion has a strong track record of leading teams, managing key client accounts, and building and maintaining a global network of partners in the field of global mobility.

Marion Sorman completed a Bachelor's Degree in HRM from Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1992, Marion studied Turkish at Leiden University. Marion also attended Wolfert van Borselen from 1981 to 1987, but the degree name and field of study are unknown.
