Simon Murphy

Simon Murphy is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and structural engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Robert A. Bothman Construction since August 2014, Simon has previously held roles including Project Manager and Project Engineer. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Structural Engineer at Ben C. Gerwick, Inc., where Simon contributed to significant civil engineering projects, including bridge design and deep excavation shoring support systems. Earlier in Simon's career, experience as a Project Engineer at Geoprober Drilling Limited included leadership in developing subsea wellhead systems. Simon began professional work as a RYA Dinghy Instructor with Southwest Lakes Trust. An alumnus of the University of Bristol with a 1st Class Honours MEng in Civil Engineering, Simon also studied at the University of California, Berkeley.
