Yi Yan is an architectural designer with diverse experience across various prestigious firms. Currently at RAMSA | Robert A.M. Stern Architects since November 2022, Yi has previously held positions as an architectural designer at KPF and as an architect and junior architect at Pininfarina. Early career experiences include internships at Zaha Hadid Architects and Contemporary Architecture Practice, focusing on interior design and urban planning. Yi’s background also encompasses urban design internships at the Urban Planning and Design Institute of Shenzhen and other institutions, contributing to projects such as the Wenzhou Zhenan Technology City plan and the renewal of historical streets in Jiangmen City. Academically, Yi holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Engineering in Urban Planning from Sun Yat-sen University, along with additional coursework in architecture at Columbia University.
