Tj Pope

TJ Pope currently serves as the Global Human Resources Leader at Bosch Power Tools, responsible for HR for the Americas and as the Global HR Leader for Rotary Tools since April 2021. Prior to this role, TJ held various human resources positions, including Sr. Director of Human Resources at Mohawk Industries, where strategic partnership was provided to the Wood & Laminate Division and FNA Corporate Functions. Other notable positions include Director of Human Resources at LiftOne and JELD-WEN, Inc., as well as roles at Mueller Water Products, where responsibilities spanned across multiple HR functions within manufacturing and plant environments. TJ holds an MBA from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a BA in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
