Nadimul Haque Faisal

Nadimul Haque Faisal is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in surface engineering and micromechanics. Since January 2013, Nadimul has held various roles at Robert Gordon University, currently serving as a Professor and Group Lead in Composite Materials Manufacturing, overseeing academic leadership, research, teaching, and industry engagement. Prior positions at the university included Reader and Senior Lecturer, focusing on lecturing, research coordination, and consultancy work. Additionally, Nadimul is the Founder and Director of Sequetrics Limited, a start-up specializing in automated surface condition inspection solutions. Previous academic roles include post-doctoral research and teaching positions at Alfaisal University, the University of Strathclyde, and Heriot-Watt University. Nadimul holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Maulana Azad College of Engineering and Technology, alongside notable qualifications in physics.
