Shona Horsman

Shona Horsman is an accomplished Director specializing in Solution Focused Executive Coaching, Training, and Facilitation, with over a decade of experience leading initiatives in executive coaching, team development, and organizational coaching culture since March 2012. Concurrently, Shona serves as a Work It Out Coach for the Young Women's Trust, enhancing the employability and confidence of young women, and as a part-time Lecturer in Psychology at Robert Gordon University, focusing on Organizational, Cognitive, and Social Psychology. Previous roles include Principal Consultant at Lane4, where leadership coaching was emphasized, and Client Services Director at Retail Insight during a period of rapid growth.
