Michael Reissfelder

Michael Reissfelder has over 20 years of work experience. Michael is currently serving as the Director of Technical Service at Reiser since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Engineering Manager at Taylor Farms from February 2020 to February 2021. From 2008 to 2020, they held various roles at Home Market Foods, including Senior Engineering & Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager, and Maintenance Supervisor. Michael also worked as a Maintenance Mechanic at Benjamin Moore & Co. from 2001 to 2008 and at Saint-Gobain Container from 1993 to 2001.

Michael Reissfelder began their educational journey in 1987 at the Blackstone Valley Vocational Regional School District, where they completed their high school education. From 1994 to 1998, they participated in the National Apprenticeship Program, focusing on Industrial Maintenance and earning a degree in Maintenance Mechanic. In 2012, they briefly attended Dean College, studying Microcomputer Applications. During the same year, they also completed a program at the Garden City Ammonia program, specializing in Ammonia Refrigeration and obtaining a degree in Operator I II III. In terms of additional certifications, in September 2014, Michael obtained a Certificate of Completion in Coaching and Counseling for Job Performance from the American Management Association. Additionally, in February 2014, they obtained a Certificate of Completion in Successfully Managing People, also from the American Management Association.
