John Karnatz

John Karnatz is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the residential construction industry. Currently serving as a project manager at Robert Thomas Homes since August 2013, John has previously held project management positions at Lennar and construction management roles at Air Mechanical Inc. and Rottlund Homes. With a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, earned between 1993 and 1998, John combines educational background with practical expertise to effectively lead construction projects.
