Kate Robson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kate started their career as an Editorial Intern at Paris Voice Magazine in 2005. From there, they worked as an Associate Broadcast Negotiator at Mindshare USA from 2006 to 2008. Kate then joined the Hugh Hodgson School of Music as a Teaching Assistant in the Writing Intensive Program from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, they became a Special Events Coordinator at the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. In 2014, they joined The Woodruff Arts Center as a Campaign Communications and Events Manager. Kate then moved up within the organization, holding positions such as Manager of Foundations and Grants, Associate Director of External Relationships, and currently serving as the Director of Communications since June 2020.

Woodruff Arts Center is a visual and performing arts center located in Atlanta, Georgia. The center houses three not-for-profit arts divisions on one campus. Opened in 1968, the Woodruff Arts Center is home to the Alliance Theatre, the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, and the High Museum of Art.
