Andrew Griggs has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Andrew started their career at Microdec Plc as a Helpdesk Engineer from March 2008 to September 2010. Andrew then joined Robert Walters as a Service Desk Application Support from September 2010 to November 2011, followed by a promotion to Service Desk Team Leader from November 2011 to July 2012. Andrew then transitioned to the role of IT Operations Support Analyst at Robert Walters from July 2012 to February 2014. From February 2014 to August 2019, they held the position of Business Applications Specialist at Robert Walters, where they worked on various products and technologies such as Cherwell Service Management, SharePoint Administration, Dynamics 365 for CE, Microsoft PowerApps, and Thoughtonomy. In August 2019, Andrew was promoted to a Business Applications Team Leader, responsible for leading and developing the technical members of the team. Currently, they hold the position of Product Support Technical Lead - Global at Robert Walters, starting from January 2022.
Andrew Griggs attended The Warren Comprehensive School from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained their GCSE degree. From 2005 to 2008, they studied Information Technology at Barking & Dagenham College, earning an Advanced VCE ICT - 6 Unit Award and an Intermediate GNVQ ICT - 6 Unit Award. Additionally, Andrew has obtained several certifications including Thoughtonomy Certified Practitioner, SharePoint Online for Administrators, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, and Profile RPM System Administrator Certified.
