Indy Lachhar

Indy Lachhar, MCIPD has a rich and diverse work experience spanning over several years. Indy started their career at Brambles, where they served as the MBA Recruitment and Development Programme Lead. Indy then moved on to Morgan Stanley, where they worked as the MBA Recruitment and Development Officer. Later, they joined HSBC Bank plc as the Graduate/MBA Recruitment and Development Manager. Lachhar then joined Costain as the Group Talent Manager, followed by Resource Solutions as the Head of People (Learning, Talent & Organisational Development). Currently, they are employed at Robert Walters, holding various roles, including Group Talent Development Director and Global HR Director. Indy Lachhar's expertise lies in talent development, leadership coaching, skills development, and performance management.

Indy Lachhar, MCIPD has a diverse education history. In 2000, Indy attended Queen Mary University of London, where they pursued a degree in Business Management and Hispanic Studies. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2004, Indy went on to attain a Chartered Membership of CIPD from CIPD between 2008 and 2010, specializing in Human Resources. Additionally, in 2022, Indy attended London Business School to further enhance their knowledge in Human Resource Strategy in Transforming Organisations. Indy also holds a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching.
